Jake Wride

Jacob “Jake” Wride grew up in Aberdeen, Idaho and started rowing rafts at the age of 12.  He began working for MFRE in 2014.  In High School football, Jake had 455 tackles as a defensive lineman, more than anyone in the state of Idaho.   But you would never know this about him.  His calm demeanor, easy going nature and playfulness make him a favorite amongst the kids on the trip.  You often find him rowing 10 or more kids on his raft as they laugh the whole way down the river, getting ready for the next water fight!  Jake loves the outdoors and has found a passion for sharing this with others that he brings down the river.
