Taylor Miller

Taylor exudes confidence in a relaxed and approachable manner to all MFRE guests.  He is wise far beyond his years and has an eye for making things happen that need to get done. Taylor is a true outdoorsman which he learned at a young age on skis and rafts being raised in Steamboat Springs, CO. While earning a degree in Ecology and Watershed Management from the University of Wyoming, he would ski, raft, fish, rock climb and mountain bike every day he could. After he graduated college, Taylor pursued remote, wild and challenging rivers and Idaho was the natural fit for him. He has since made a career in guiding river trips on the Main and Middle Fork of the Salmon Rivers. In the winters he is an E.M.T. on Ski Patrol in Steamboat Springs, CO.  Taylor is as skilled as they come and is at home on rivers and mountains. He loves keeping people fed, safe, educated and laughing. MFRE guides and guests are lucky to have him!
